Cancellation Policy
- Payment: All bookings are confirmed with full payment and are non-refundable. - Security Deposit: A refundable AED 500 security deposit is required upon picnic handover (preferably in cash). This will be fully refunded after collection, provided the setup and items are returned in good condition with no damages or losses. - Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled once within 60 days of the original date, subject to availability. - Cancellations do not qualify for a refund. - Weather Conditions: In the event of unfavorable weather, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your picnic, subject to availability, within the same 60 day rescheduling policy. - Transportation: Please note that transportation is not provided and guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the picnic location. - Personal Belongings: Any items left behind at the picnic will be held for 24 hours only and must be collected by the client. We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or unclaimed belongings. - Client Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the care of all setup items during the picnic. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit. - Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in accordance with UAE regulations - Use of professional photographers requires approval by Picnic Times and agreement to photography policies - No shows: A grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled start time is permitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the client fails to arrive or respond within this time, the booking will be considered a no-show, the setup may be packed down, and the service forfeited. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. - Bookings may not be resold, transferred, or advertised by third parties without prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel any booking made through unauthorised third parties, or where our services are misrepresented, marked up, or charged without approval. In such cases, the booking will be forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
